Have Questions?
Not sure where to start? The free intro call is where we explore what fits best for you. But if you prefer to read first, here are answers to common questions.
Getting Started
-
We start with a free introductory session to explore your goals, challenges, and see if we’re the right fit for each other. It’s a chance to ask questions and decide how we can work together. Book your free intro call!
-
That's completely normal. Many people begin with a general sense of unease or a quiet feeling that something needs to change, without a clear direction. The intro call is designed to help you gain clarity, identify what's underneath, and explore what might help.
-
This session is a relaxed, no-obligation conversation where we explore your current challenges and goals. It’s an opportunity for you to share your story, ask questions about my approach, and see if we’re a good fit to work together.
-
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure about your next steps in life, coaching can help you gain clarity and direction. The best way to know is to try it, book a free intro call, and we can explore whether coaching aligns with your needs.
-
Seeing change doesn't follow a set timeline. Everyone's journey is different, and it often unfolds in small, meaningful shifts over time: feeling lighter, reacting less strongly, or seeing things more clearly. Some changes come quickly, others take longer, and all of it is part of the process.
That’s why programmes are designed with flexibility, to give you the time and space you need to grow at your own pace.
-
It depends on where you're starting from and what you're hoping to change, and what’s challenging for you.
Some people find clarity after a single session. Others choose a programme, either 6 or 12 sessions, to create the space for deeper, long-term transformation. We'll work together to find what feels right for you.
Programmes & Sessions
-
I offer both individual sessions and structured programmes, so you can choose what best fits your needs and pace. Some people prefer the flexibility of booking sessions one at a time, while others benefit from the consistency and depth of a programme.
For details on rates or payment options, visit the Work Together page. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me directly.
-
Single sessions (Rebalanced Space) offer flexible support when you need it, like a reset button, a fresh perspective, or space to work through something specific.
The programmes (Rebalanced Foundations and Rebalanced Deep) are complete journeys. They include a curated structure, between-session support, and enough time to work through the layers beneath the surface, not just the immediate stress.
-
Rebalanced Foundations is a focused, 6-session programme designed to help you regain clarity, ease, and breathing room. It's a clear starting point for understanding your patterns and beginning to shift them.
Rebalanced Deep is a longer, 12-session journey for those who want more time to unravel deeper patterns, rebuild their relationship with themselves, and create lasting change. It includes additional resources and between-session support.
Not sure which is right for you? The intro call is where we explore what fits best.
-
Yes. Some people begin with Foundations to get clarity and stability, then continue with Deep when they're ready to go further. We can talk about what makes sense for your situation as you go.
-
That's completely okay. Some people continue with single sessions after completing a programme. Others take a pause and return later for deeper work or when a new layer surfaces. We can always explore what makes sense for you as you go.
-
Yes. If you're in a programme and feel you need an extra session between our regular calls, you're welcome to book one. After a programme ends, many people continue with single sessions for ongoing support or occasional check-ins.
-
For Rebalanced Deep, a 2-installment payment plan is available. We can discuss the details during the intro call.

About My Work
-
I work with tech expats and professionals in demanding roles who are navigating stress, burnout, or feeling disconnected, not just from their work, but from themselves. My support is for anyone ready to move toward greater balance and well-being, whether in their career, relationships, or personal life.
-
While my specialty is supporting tech expats navigating the unique pressures of life abroad and demanding roles, many of the struggles with burnout, identity, and purpose are universal. If you're a professional experiencing similar feelings, you're welcome to connect, we can explore if my approach is a good fit for you.
-
Coaching focuses on the present and future, helping you set goals and create actionable steps for growth. Counseling offers support to process emotions, manage stress, and build resilience. Therapy addresses deeper mental health concerns and unresolved issues, often involving diagnosis and treatment.
If you’re unsure which is right for you, we can explore your needs together in a free intro call or you can take a look at this quick guide.
