Along the Way

For each session, there's more happening behind the scenes than the hour we spend together.

Before: I review where we left off and prepare to meet you where you are.

After: I take time to reflect on what surfaced during our session, looking for threads or patterns that might help guide our next conversation.

Between sessions: If something comes to mind or I sense you might need support, I'll reach out.

I recommend weekly or bi-weekly sessions to keep the rhythm going. The deeper shifts often happen between sessions, when you're living your life, noticing patterns in real time. Our time together is one part of it. What you carry with you afterward is what makes the difference.
