Terms of Service
Welcome to Rebalanced me with Mena. These terms outline the agreement between you ("the client") and Rebalanced me with Mena for coaching and counselling services. By booking a session or a programme, you agree to the following terms:
1. Services Offered
Rebalanced me with Mena provides coaching and counselling services aimed at supporting personal growth, well-being, and balance. This includes single sessions, structured programmes, and between-session support as outlined in your chosen path. These services are not a substitute for therapy or medical treatment.
2. Confidentiality
All sessions are confidential. Information shared will not be disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent, except in cases required by law (e.g., risk of harm to yourself or others).
3. Session Booking and Payments
Introductory calls are free of charge. Single sessions and programmes are priced as detailed on the Work Together page.
For single sessions (Rebalanced Space), invoices are sent after each session with a payment term of 5 calendar days.
For programmes, payment is required in advance to secure your booking.
Programmes are designed with flexible pacing, but sessions must be completed within the agreed timeframe (typically 6–9 weeks for Rebalanced Foundations and 12–18 weeks for Rebalanced Deep). Unused sessions beyond this period are non-refundable.
Failure to pay within the specified timeframe may result in termination of service. Outstanding balances remain due.
4. Between-Session Support
For clients in Rebalanced Foundations and Rebalanced Deep, between-session support (such as brief voice notes or messages) is included. Responses are typically within 24 hours on weekdays. This support is not intended for crisis situations.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Sessions can be rescheduled or canceled without charge if notice is provided at least 48 hours in advance.
No-shows or cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged in full.
If you are more than 5 minutes late to a session without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show and charged accordingly.
6. Commitment to the Process
Deep transformation requires showing up, even when it's uncomfortable. I'm here to support you, but the real change happens when you're willing to sit with what's hard. If you're ready for that, we'll work well together.
7. Termination of Sessions
If you stop a programme before completing all sessions, completed sessions will be recalculated at the per-session rate of the programme (€240 each). The remaining balance will be refunded after adjusting for this difference.
If at any point you decide to discontinue our sessions, please inform me. I’m here to support your well-being and respect your decision if you choose to step away from coaching.
However, if there are repeated instances of not showing up for scheduled sessions, failing to meet commitments, or acting in a disrespectful manner, I reserve the right to terminate our sessions. Mutual respect and commitment are key to a successful coaching relationship.
8. Session Duration
Regular sessions are 60 minutes.
If a session exceeds this time, the additional time will be charged at the same per-session rate, up to a maximum of 1.5 hours.
9. Limitations
Coaching and counselling are not reimbursed by insurance.
Services are provided based on the understanding that you, as the client, are responsible for your decisions and actions outside of sessions.
10. No Crisis Support
I am not a crisis service. If you are in immediate distress or experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis support line.
11. Scope of Practice
Coaching and counselling focus on personal growth, emotional well-being, and navigating life and work transitions. If your needs fall outside this scope, I may refer you to a more suitable professional.
12. Pricing and VAT (Value Added Tax)
All prices include VAT for the Netherlands. Prices for clients outside the Netherlands/EU may vary due to local taxes and will be confirmed before starting.

14. Changes to Terms
Rebalanced me with Mena reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
